Summary:

Comments:

My thoughts about this book from what I have read is that it helped me realize the beauty poetry has, for it does not have as many words as a story. It made me start to think how I can use this style and ideas within my poems when I start to write poetry. I loved the way he used words to describe simple things and create an image within the readers mind. I gave this book a 4 (****) because although it was well written and very enjoyable to read there were some poems in the book that did not intrigue me and did not make sense. There was poems that made want to not let go of the book but also some that made me want to just skip everything.

Future Book Goals:

For my May goal I will be reading one book this month due to the fact it is a type of book I typically would not read. I will still be aiming to read 10 pages a day, so that I can develop a stronger reading skill. The book I am going to read will be The Life and Adventures of Robinson Crusoe.
